Palaces and museums are my favourites......though can't say that history in the text book was my favorite subject.....i always use to say back in school if i was the education minister i would insist on making history a live subject......meaning what you get to see is what you learn.......and do away with the texts. May be thats why i never became one......lol!!!

Around B'lore.......

I went to Lal Bagh again this time after about 8yrs may be or more......things have changed no doubt. I found the gardens very bare this time except for some parts.....but it was great going back nevertheless. Brought back fond memories. Last time i was with friends who are out of the country now. Well this is a tree which was planted by Queen Elizabeth....i couldn't make out the year though.
