Easter is celebrated to mark the resurrection of Christ Jesus......but when we were young ( relegion was not in question ) Easter was associated with Hot Cross Buns and Easter Eggs......we would wait for the easter egg to be broken and see what was inside......I found the bakery today full of these buns and nicely decorated eggs. Got a couple of them and i re-lived my childhood and remembered my childhood friend who is no more today.
