During these months we see the Jacaranda trees in full bloom around the city.....most of the official buildings or schools would have a few of these trees in their compound and it looks beautiful.....specially when the flowers fall ,they look like a purple carpet spread out on the ground.......and many a times when i go to work i would stop the car and look at it and i would wish i could lie on the ground under the open sky.......well one of these days temptation got its way through and i walked up to the area ..... and the child in me could not resist picking up these flowers and put them on my fingers......this is what we used to do when we were kids......and pretend that they were our lovely long painted nails....( since in school painted nails was a sin...lol!!!).....i just got lost in the beauty of the place......passerby stared to what i was doing......a curious lady even asked me.....i just smiled and said its a beautiful carpet here.
