Picturesque Bus Stops........

Recently the Public Works Department did some renovating work for us......and this time well appreciated as they had put up some nice local sites pictures in the bus stops. The pictures were very well taken and looks very attractive.....even put some seats for people to sit while they wait for the cabs or buses though people around the town hardly move in buses any more. Takes too much time especially with the jam that happens so very often....but those seats also serves as a place to rest when needed. Good job PWD!!!!

I like. Bus stops have always been special to me as I have said many hellos to friends I went to receive and several goodbyes to those who i went to see-off.

PWD actually deserves a lot of shabashi for the job!

I think the second bus-stop
is the one just before the Army Quarters on the Shillong-Ghy route.

Was just passing by, when I noticed the bus-stop

no. actually this is the one next to loreto convent. The yellow building in the background is my school loreto.
