I had a patient today in the hospital, who came in with a complain of severe tooth ache. As I was giving him a general oral check up, I found the most amazing thing.....he actually had four premolars on one side.......a very rare case. Usually in a human mouth , we have a total of eight premolars, that is four in each jaw , two in each quadrant. This usually happens as a result of attempted division of a tooth bud, but a cluster of premolars, all well developed just on one side is indeed a rare thing to be seen. This patient had ten premolars, meaning his total number of teeth in his mouth was 34. A Mouth full of Teeth indeed !!!!!

arrey, thats amazing... accha u know when i got my impacted wisdom tooth removed, the dentist said that it was too big, bigger than average with deep roots thats why it used to ache like hell!
An intelligent creature he/she might be..When I was kid, i was told that the more a person has PM and Molars the more intelligent he/she is.
