Shillong is blooming now with all the spring blooms......these are some flowers in our house. I don't play a part in looking after them........I only admire them. So I chose this flowery outfit to match my spring mood. This is a local dress I am wearing and here my dog Winnie all over me....won't allow me to pose for a picture.....so I decided to pose with him......
