Christmas is here finally and most houses in Shillong will have put up a star like these in their premises. It shows the start of the festive season and also signifys the birth of Jesus Christ. It was this star that guided the three wise men to the manger.

Meghalaya the capital of which is shillong is basically a christian state.Though we celebrate all festivals here.
